Opening an Account:

Please follow the sign up procedure found at the top right of the webpage. To complete the sign up and activate your account YesPlay is required to FICA its customers, for this you will need to provide YesPlay with the following documents:

  1. Proof of ID or Passport
  2. Proof of Address (telephone account / bank statement / utility bill / etc)

These can be emailed to fica@yesplay.bet, sent via Whatsapp on +2772 159 6104 or uploaded directly in your personal profile on the web page. If you have any questions regarding FICA please contact customer support on the Live Chat feature on our website or through the above mentioned channels.

Depositing Money into your Account:

Deposits are available via the following channels:

  1. EFT
  2. ATM Cash Deposit
  3. Snapscan

You will soon be able to make use of your debit or credit card for deposits via 3D secure service providers.

Please remember to include your mobile number in the reference field. Account details for all major banks can be found in our T&C’s as well as under the deposit button in your personal account.

*Deposits can take up to 48 hours (2 business days) to process depending bank and deposit type.

Making a Withdrawal:

Withdrawal can be requested by providing your name, surname and banking details along with the amount you wish to withdraw to one of the following:

The following methods of withdrawal are available:

  1. EFT
  2. Cardless Cash withdrawals at ATM’s (for amounts less than R5000)

*Withdrawals can take up to 48 hours (2 business days) to reflect pending verification and compliance checks.
